Ad Account

Your advertising workspace inside a platform (Meta, TikTok, Google). Can be banned, disabled, or flagged, taking your audiences, pixels, and spend history with it.

An ad account is your advertising workspace inside a platform (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads). It holds your campaigns, pixels, audiences, creative, and spend history.

Ad accounts are more fragile than most beginners assume. Meta in particular has aggressive automated policy enforcement that can disable accounts with little warning — often for creative that violates health, weight-loss, or before/after policies, even when the account has spent six figures without issue. An account disable with 48 hours' notice during Q4 can cost six figures in lost revenue.

Protection tactics: maintain a secondary BM (Business Manager) with a separate ad account ready; use compliant creative templates; keep the agency ad account option open; avoid high-risk categories.
