One-Product Store

A store built around a single hero product, with the entire site, ads, and brand designed for that one SKU. A classic high-conversion format.

A one-product store is a store built around a single hero product, where the entire site, brand, and ad machinery is oriented toward selling that one SKU (or a tightly bundled family of related SKUs).

Why one-product stores convert above store-wide averages:

The downside is LTV — a pure one-product store usually caps at 1.05-1.20× AOV on LTV, because there's no second SKU to re-order. Mature one-product operators eventually add 2-4 complementary SKUs (bundles, accessories, consumables) to push LTV up without giving up the focus.
